Thanks for trying pingtoren while it's still taking shape. The infrastructure is production-grade; the product is still growing. We keep things simple: one plan, honest numbers, a real person on the other side when you need more.

What beta means

No tiers. No card. No surprises.

Here's the deal, plainly.

Free while we build

Every feature is on the same plan. No credit card, no trial countdown, no paywalled checkboxes. That stays true through the whole beta.

Production-grade infrastructure

Your checks run every minute, across six regions, confirmed by a second region before we page you. The pipes are solid — it's the product surface that's still evolving.

We read what you write

Bug reports, feature requests, weird edge cases — they all land with a real person. Early-user feedback is why we're here this early.

No lock-in

Export your monitors, take your data, delete your account at any time. We don't build moats out of your pain.

The defaults fit most early users. If you need a higher monitor cap, more regions, or a tighter check interval — tell us why, and we'll almost always say yes. No contracts, no invoice, no "talk to your account manager."

    We read it and reply by email. Usually within a day or two.
What's next

Paid tiers will come. You'll see them coming.

One day there'll be paid plans — that's how the lights stay on long-term. When that happens, beta users get real notice and a grace window, and the free tier will still exist in a useful shape. We don't believe in rug-pulls.
